FlexForm Settings

Before adding a FlexForm, you should create Form Types that are appropriate for you organization.

Adding/Editing Form Types

Click on the Settings tab on the far right of the menu. You will see the Form Types List.

Click Add new type or click Edit to edit and existing Form Type.

Enter or edit Type name and click Create.
