One of the central features of RecDesk is the
Master Calendar. This offers you a high-level overview of what is going on at your organization at any given point in time for any or all Facities. Each Facilty also has its own more focused
Usage Calendar, similar to the Master Calendar. See
Facility Usage Calendar.
Basic Master Calendar Features and Options

The Master Calendar tracks Program schedule dates, general Facility Reservations, Member initiated Facility Reservations, and League Scheduled Games (see Calendar Key).

If a specific Facility is selected and it is a Primary Facility with other facilities designating the Primary Facility as it's Parent Facility (see Creating and Modifying Facilities), check off Include "Child" Facilities to see one calendar view showing all activities for the Primary Facility and all Facilities designating it as its Parent Facility.
